The following form has to be completed, and once submitted, will be forwarded electronically to the New York City Reception Officer and his staff. Please indicate the nature of your request in detail. Please be advised that due to the overwhelming amount of visitors to New York City, requests for airport pick-ups and deliveries will not be accepted.

As a member of the IPA in addition to this form you must ALWAYS contact the Secretary General with all your credentials to be sent to the NYC Reception officer at least 30 days prior to your visit.
